First Indigenous Candidate for Lord Mayor

Last weekend should have seen local council elections held across NSW, including the City of Sydney.

These elections have been postponed till early December but campaigning is underway.

Candidates for the office of Lord Mayor of Sydney include the long serving and popular Clover Moore, as well as Yvonne Weldon, the first Indigenous person to stand for election
